I was trying to get another optima red top battery for my mom's car and was told I had to buy a yellow top for her. Bull. So I asked for the manager and the assistant manager came over. It was obvious that they had no clue as to what they were doing. As I was sitting while the assistant manager was working I stepped out to check. I asked if he wire brushed the inside of the cables. He stated that he usually does what someone ask. I said well I didn't think I had to ask and expected that be included as the brush was on the cart. I am disabled and my mom is 75. I was told by the assistant manager he wasn't touching that in car at least twice outside in front of the store wiyh other customers around and stormed in the store after he said he wasn't my servant because I spent money there. Funny it was my mom that spent the money. So then he came to the drivers door and slung around a ratchet in a threatning way and stormed in the store. Needless to say this employee has a problem dealing with the public and I would never recommend advance to anyone again.... Feedback: I should have left early or never directed my mother to your store
